Ice Bear Toes

A pair of shorty socks probably shouldn’t take nearly a month and a half to finish, nevertheless I am thrilled to have completed my February socks for the Box of Sock KAL! I used the pattern for the YinYang Kitty Ankle Socks, but in lieu of the kitty faces I duplicate stitched my own design.

I was originally going for a puppy face, but as I was playing around with Stitch Fiddle I came up with a face that bears a resemblance to a certain cartoon character who also just happens to be my spirit animal.

The black & white yarn is Elann Soft Embrace 4ply, and the heels were knit with Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks That Rock in the Just Peachy colorway.
